Phil has more than 20 years of public accounting experience predominantly in auditing and consulting, including financial, operational and compliance audits for a variety of companies. Additionally, his experience includes internal control assessments, due diligence assignments, policies and procedures, feasibility studies, benefit plans, budgeting, forecasting and projections. Phil also possesses three years of industry experience including regional CFO responsibilities and internal audit. His industry clients include manufacturing, retail/distribution, construction, financial institutions, hotels, real estate, clinical laboratories, hospitals, home health, nursing homes and not-for-profit organizations. As an audit partner, Phil’s focus is on overseeing audit engagements which include overall communication, audit strategy, and personnel assignment and related development. In addition to client responsibilities, Phil is responsible for the firm’s compliance with the AICPA’s Peer Review program and plays an integral role in overall firm management. |
