Jim has more than 30 years of accounting and leadership experience including work at domestic and international public accounting firms. He not only brings valuable accounting experience, but also served as the firm's managing partner for 5 years. Jim currently serves on the Executive and Compensation committee’s of the firm.

Jim has experience serving clients in the following industries: manufacturing, wholesale distribution, service firms, construction, oil & gas and employee benefit plans.

Jim has assisted private equity groups with due diligence services related to the acquisition of companies in a variety of industries. He has also helped clients with preparing companies for sale, and assisted companies with negotiations related to letters of intent and definitive purchase agreements.
